Cheap Removal Van Hire For hiring a removal van you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Dutch Category B driving licence. Rental of the van in Noordwijk and Leiden costs €75 per half calendar day (4 hours) or €110 per whole calendar day (including VAT). The removal vans in Haarlem have a volume of 8.5 m³, and the van in Gouda 5 m³. Rental there is €60 for a half day or €90 for a whole day. A calendar day always falls within the reception opening hours of the branch. On weekends the van can only be hired for a full day. A deposit of €250 is payable in cash or by debit card in advance. Once you return the van undamaged, clean and with a full tank, the deposit will be refunded. The first 100 kilometres are free; thereafter you pay €0.23 per kilometre (including VAT). The excess amounts to: 1. Excess in case of damage: €750.00 + first-year premium difference with insurer (see article 10.1 of the general terms and conditions) 2. Our Mercedes vans are from 2020 and come with breakdown cover, cruise control, navigation, a rear-view camera and are delivered clean. They will always fit into the branch premises.
