Cheaply hire a removal van

To hire a removal van you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Dutch driving licence B. The hire rate for the removal van with tail lift is €130 per full calendar day (including VAT). A calendar day is counted within the reception’s opening hours. You can also hire the removal van for a single day at weekends. The deposit is €250 and must be paid in advance in cash or by PIN. Once you have returned the van undamaged, clean and with a full tank, your deposit will be refunded.

It is always wise to book your removal van in good time. This way you can be sure it will be available at the moment you need it. You can book the van at the reception of Eurobox Self Storage, via this

or by telephone. You will find the telephone number of your chosen branch under contact.. Please note: a booking for a removal van expires two hours after the agreed date and time. If you fail to honour your booking or cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, we will charge a cancellation fee of €45 excluding VAT.

That’s no problem at all. You can hire the removal van even if you don’t rent a storage unit. The rate is €130 per full calendar day (including VAT). A calendar day is within the reception’s opening hours. The deposit is €250 and must be paid in advance in cash or by PIN. Once you have returned the van undamaged, clean and refuelled, your deposit will be refunded.

Terms and conditions

To hire a removal van at Eurobox you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Dutch driving licence B. A calendar day is within the reception’s opening hours. The deposit is €250 and must be paid in advance in cash or by PIN. Once you have returned the van undamaged, clean and with a full tank at the agreed time, your deposit will be refunded immediately. The deductible is €750, and for damage above the cab it is €1,500. We may also charge you for the first-year premium difference that our insurer applies when claiming for damage. These deductibles only apply if the cost of the damage exceeds the stated amount.
